Becoming a Customer Magnet

I attended a workshop at the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerced on "Becoming A Customer Magnet."  I thought to myself, I want to be a cutomer magnet and decided to attend. The workshop was three-hours and held by Pat Means of Turning Point Communications.  This workshop gave me a brief overview of what my business looks like and what I want to achieve. The information was very insightful and I always say if I can learn one new thing to use toward advancing myself and my business, then it's worth it. I believe that Mrs. Means is offering a "Becoming A Customer Magnet," bootcamp. If you don't sign up for anything else, but, the 1 page Business Plan....DO IT!
